It was taken in the basement of the Court Tavern in New Brunswick. There was absolutely nothing in this persons hand at the time. Bug writes: "the shot was taken 10 years ago at the court. My friend was just putting his hand toward the camera and BAM. There was nothing in his hand - tons of energy appeared!" Notice the Shadows casting on his hand and the ceiling.
