William said, "Please find attached a picture that was taken on April 26th with an Olympus D-400 digital camera. Some facts about the surrounding conditions were as follows:
1) No cars were running.
2) It wasn’t foggy at all.
3) No smoke in the area at all.
4) The camera lens was clean and free from smudges."
