Sylvia said, "I have a couple of pictures that were taken of me and my half brother that were taken a couple of years ago. We had recently met at the time that the pictures were taken and green smoke shows up in the pictures. We have another half brother that was killed in the late 60's and I thought maybe this was him trying to appear in the picture with us. No one was smoking when these pictures were taken."

Dr. Dave's Notes:
Since no one was smoking, the white smoky anomalies in both photos are ectoplasmic swirls. This is an energy patterns common to ghosts/spirits/souls when captured with a camera.
