These photos were taken by Dave and Sharon while in Roswell, New Mexico. For the 150 churches in Roswell, aliens are viewed as demons, but to the rest of the folks, aliens mean big business. Each July the town sponsors a UFO Gathering that draws some 10,000 visitors, ufologist and skeptics to the event. Every where in town are aliens or spaceships signs. The actual 1947 Roswell Incident took place outside of the town, but in New Mexico, anything that is not in town is just desert. We learned that there was not one crash, but two crash sites. Aliens are alive and well in Roswell.

The UFO museum admission is free as it is a non-profit organization. We took some photos of our walk through and shared a few of them here. The first photo is across the street from the UFO museum. We visited with the owners of Starchild, Richard and Randi Hesse, and discovered that their place of business is haunted. They invited us back that evening and we enjoyed four hours with them. Roswell has a population of 47,000. Life here is laid back and folks enjoys a slower pace of life. The people we met were friendly and kind, some of the nicest we have ever come across in our travels.
