Lee said, "This was taken outside the Morgue of Brovary hospital, near Kiev in Ukraine, which is across the way from where I now live. It was around 20:00 and as you can see was pretty dark."

Dr. Dave's Notes:
Disregard the dust orb above the woman as it is just an airborne dust particle floating in front of the camera lens. Instead, focus on the supercharged orb that is in motion and leaving a contrail that appears in front of the camera lens and seems to pass over the heads of the two figures. Photographs are two dimensional so distance and size is determined by how close to the camera lens an object appears.
