Is this really a face?

Lindsey said, "I found your site on the internet. I know you two must be incredibly busy with much more than what I am sending you, but I have to send this out to someone to see if anyone has ever seen anything like this before. After Hurricane Katrina hit Ft. Lauderdale, I came home to find this face on the side of the inside of my freezer. I am sure it is something that can be easily explained, but the woman's face that appears in this picture I attached is so clear and detailed, that I cannot believe it is some mistake."
