Incline Plane Ghost

Laurel said, "This picture was taken at night at the Johnstown , PA inclined plane. (historical monument) I used a digital camera on night mode.There was no one at all beside me or behind me and that is not my hand in the photo."

Laurel said that the photo does not contain her hand, so if it is not hers, it is somebody elses, as in a ghost? Is that a face behind the hands in the photo?
