This strange photo came from John & Kathy Willems of mumbo@mcn.org.

Kathy said, "I dont know if this is the way to submit a UFO pic, but I hope so. On 10-12-00 at 10:41 am, I stood on a local beach, near Point Arena, N. California, and took an overhead pic with my digital Olympus3030 of what I thought was only an F16. When I downloaded at home this image appeared and I exagerrated it using levels in photoshop, to see it better. The sun was at the left of the image. The F16 was flying over the speed of sound, they go up and down the beach daily, usually booming, but not this day. The sky was crystal clear that day."
