Melanie said, "Thank you for getting back so quickly. My camera does not have a strap attached to it, my mother had actually mentioned that as a possible cause when I showed the picture to her. Anyway, I've attached the photograph in question to this email. I took three pictures of the cats and this was the second picture. I can send the other two for a reference point, if you'd like. By the way, the camera used was a JamCam 3.0 digital camera and the pictures have a resolution of 640x480."
