Golden, New Mexico is located on Highway 14, south of Santa Fe. This old town still has a few souls kicking around, not ready to cross to the other side of the grave. The cemetery and church was locked up tight, apparently there is a lot of vandalism committed in New Mexico's ghost town. Many do not respect the historical aspects of ghost towns and locals close off roads and lock gates to keep strangers out. The church was built on the ruins of an old school building. We got some good EVP as we left the church and cemetery. Some of the ghostly voices were in Spanish!
