Highway Ghost

Gina said, "Hi ,we took this picture on our way home from utah. We were still around Fillmore Utah . I didn't see anything until i was at home looking at my pictures and I saw this guy in the picture . It was 6:00 in the morning and there was no one on the road so the only thing i can explain it is a spirit. If you can figure it out or can get any information please email me back."
