Gary said, "I'm from Philadelphia, this photo was taken at a room in Children's Hospital. On the right side at the bottom there appears to be some activity. I was speculating that maybe a child had died in that room. Many kids are flown from all over the country to come to Children's Hospital here in Philadelphia, and not all of them make it."

Dr. Dave's Notes:
I would agree with Gary as to the spirit orbs in motion. It may also be a former doctor who loved his/her work so much that upon death continued his work at the hospital along with some children who passed over to the other side. It is our belief that we are all connected together.
