Cindy said, "Happy 2008! I took this picture on New Years Eve. I was standing by myself, no one else was close to me and the group of people in the picture was at least 20 feet away. I don't smoke, so there's no possibility that that is what shows up on the picture and none of what you see was visible at the time I took the picture, other than the people. "
