Belleville was a town of about 500 people during it hayday. It had a mill and processed the ore from the different mines. The mill burned down and the town became a ghost town. A cemetery is suppose to be near by, but no signs of it were observed. This ghost town is seven plus miles from Tonapah Junction, off of Highway 95, south of Mina, Nevada.
A few crumbling ruins is all that remains today. The tunnel starts in photo 2 and runs for about thirty yards. Notice the walls of the tunnel. Have no idea what this tunnel was for since the other structures that made up the town are long gone.
