Becky said, "I thought the picture looked a little weird. I wasn't sure. I never noticed this pictured before until I was cleaning today and looking through my picture albums and that is where I saw it. Like I said this was taken ( not sure of the exact year, it would have been sometime between 1997 and 1998) at Runkle Hall at Pennsylvania State University in State College, Pennsylvania. I've heard numerous rumors about different dorms and they claim that Patee Library is haunted. I found this to be very interesting. Yes David you can post this picuture on your website. Dr. Dave's Notes:
This almost resembles a portal opening with the circular patterns. The anomalies are spirit energy patterns, the ghosts of Runkle Hall seems to be very active.
