"This picture was taken around 6:00 to 6:30 p.m. EST. There were no clouds, rain, sun reflections, smoke from ciggerettes or fires, Oh, and it's not the first time I've seen such things. I just thought you might be interested in the pic, so I'm sending it in the attached file. I call it 'My Angel' because it appears to be somewhat angelic and much like a child."
