These Focus Phenomena photos were sent by Antonia of Agoodland99@aol.com.
Antonia said, "It would seem that he is enveloped by a thick cloak of ectoplasm! It is as though a celestial being has thrown its arms and body around and over the dog and blotted it out from our view! But if you look very closely, there is the slightest glimpse of the Oriental rug on which he is lying. I cannot explain this - This camera (Olympus Digital C-2000 Z) with which I took these photos is the 'Rolls Royce' of digitals. I can only tell you that with this camera I have taken a prize-winning photo
of a spider's web with morning dew drops and another magic photo of seagulls
soaring against the rising sun - so why would I suddenly get a white-out when
I photograph my dog?"
Dr. Dave's Notes:
While a typical photographer might view these photos and immediately suggest that the camera either had a focus problem or the operator experienced camera shakes, I would like to suggest that this is not the case based on our paranormal experience.
In camera shakes, the images is blurred, but there are muliple images from the camera movement as the shutter snapped. This is not the case here. There are no muliple images. As far as being out of focus, yes, but I do not think it has to do with a camera malfunction, but because of a strong electromagnetic energy field presence that did not allow the camera to electronically focus because the energy field gave false readings to the camera.
To accept that the camera simply stopped focusing as it was designed to do require a leap of faith. I do not accept that a perfectly good camera that has been providing excellent quality images suddenly goes insane for a few images and then suddenly recovers. To me, it is easier to accept that a strong electromagnetic fields distorted the electronic beam that was emitted by the camera to established a focused image. Clearly some kind of energy field is present in these photos.
